MUAY THAI TO BECOME TEMPORARY FEDERATION

Based on article (5) of the Sports Federations law, the Excusive Board of the Jordan Olympic Committee (JOC) has approved the establishment of a temporary federation for Muay Thai after 56 members applied to the JOC.
The new Muay Thai Federation will manage the sport in Jordan for three years under supervision so it can be evaluated throughout before permanent Federation status is bestowed.
The temporary board will include: Mudafi Al Emyan, Hakam Al Halahleh, Musa Sulaiman, Emad Al Shwbaki, Eman Al Habarneh, Baker El Bakour, Enad Talafha, Mohammad Hakouz and Mohammad Al Qurashi.
Meanwhile, the same meeting named HRH Princess Ayah Bint Al Feisal and Ghadeer Deiab to take the donor category roles for the Jordan Volleyball Federation based on article 9 of the Sports Federation law, due the shortage of numbers in the general assembly.
Also, due to the absence of a Coaches Category, the meeting named Mr. Nidal Qart as a board member of the Jordan Squash Federation based on article (30) of the Sports Federation law.
