TAEKWONDO MEN HEAD TO MOROCCO

Jordan’s male taekwondo side are on their way to Morocco to compete at the WTF President’s Cup being held in Agadir from April 6-9.
The championship provides a timely warm-up for the Islamic Solidarity Games in Baku next month, with coach Mohammad Al Bakheet able to run the rule over the latest form of his fighters.
The team includes: Al Mu’tasim Abu Zaid (-54kg), Muath Al Qatawneh (-58kg), Mohammad Asfour (-63kg), Majd Asfour (-68kg), Anas Adarbeh (-74kg), Hamzeh Qattan (-87kg) and Anas Al Sadeq (-62kg).
It promises to be a busy time for the time which will prepare for the World Championships in South Korea from June 22-30 following Baku.
