WEST ASIAN BILLIARD AND SNOOKER CHAMPIONSHIPS LAUNCHES AT DEAD SEA

 The West Asian Billiard and Snooker Championships will begin Saturday in the Dead Sea, and will run through to February 16.

Lebanon, UAE, Iran, Syria, Iraq, Qatar, Yemen, Palestine, Oman and Jordan are all taking part in the event which will be held at the Crown Plaza Resort and Spa. Jordan is represented by: Ahmad Al Jallad, Ahmad Al Oqaili, Ibrahim Al Rai', Sharaf Ma'aitah, Mustafa Al Atteyat, Ali Jarrar, Wesam Rateb, Jaber Abu Rashid, Mashhour Abu Tayheh and Naser Awwad.
