CYCLING SEASON LAUNCHES FRIDAY

The competitive cycling season gets underway in Jordan on Friday with the first race of the year in the Dead Sea area.
Starting from Wadi Mujib Bridge at 10am, more than 70 competitors will race on a route set through the Jordan Valley.
The event is being held to mark the birthday celebrations of His Majesty King Abdullah II.
