JORDAN’S ‘CLASSICO’ ON FRIDAY

The biggest match on Jordan’s footballing calendar takes place this Friday when cross-city rivals Faisali and Wehdat meet in week seven of the Al Manaseer Jordanian Pro League.
There’s plenty at stake too for the big game, with both sides picking up nicely following a slow start to the campaign to sit joint second in the table behind Al Jazeera.
The match kicks off at the King Abdullah II Stadium at 3pm.
Meanwhile, the leaders meet Sahab on Thursday in the stadium at 5pm.
