JORDAN STUDENTS WIN ARAB FUTSAL CHAMPIONSHIP

Jordan’s students overcame an incredible obstacle to win the futsal tournament at the 1st Arab Indoor Championships for Universities, held in Abu Dhabi.
The team travelled without six members of the squad due to visa issues but still managed to win the futsal event with wins over UAE (9-3), Palestine (7-0) and Lebanon 3-2.
Universities from UAE, Egypt, Lebanon, Syria, Palestine and Jordan took part in the championship which also included basketball and volleyball.
