Jordan launch their bid to win the 20th Arab Volleyball Championships today against host nation Egypt at 8pm in Cairo.
The team arrived early to prepare, but lost all four friendlies running up to tonight’s opening match.
As well as Egypt and Jordan, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Iraq and Palestine are also participating.
Jordan will play tomorrow with UAE at 6pm, and then take on Saudi Arabia on Saturday also at 6pm.
