Bronze for Hindi at Paralympics

Ahmad Hindi has won a bronze medal for Jordan at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games in the F34 shot put event.
Hindi secured third with his best throw out of six attempts reaching a distance of 11.66 metres.
Colombia’s Mauricio Valencia took gold with a throw of 11.71m, while Morocco’s Azeddine Nouiri took the silver medal with a throw of 11.70m.
Hindi previously won gold at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics, and holds the Olympic and world records in the F34 shot put. He also won gold in the last three editions of the World Championships.
This marks Jordan’s second medal at the Paris Games, with powerlifter Omar Qaradeh having won gold in the -49kg category.
