Al-Zu’bi wins Table Tennis silver

Up and coming Table Tennis starlet Rakan Al-Zu’bi, has won a silver medal at the WTT Youth Contender Beirut 2024 in the U13 age group.
Al-Zu’bi qualified for the knock-out stages match after winning his Group Four with four victories from four matches.
In the quarter-finals, he beat Lebanon’s Ahmad Al-Hajjawi, 3-0, and in the semi-final, he beat Uzbek player, Khussein Iskandarov, 3-1.
But he lost the final to Uzbek player, Rahmatillo Abdurashidov, 1-3, to settle for silver.
