Shakrah claims Karate bronze

Omar Shakrah has won bronze at the second round of the International K1 Karate series in the Cypriot city of Larnaca.
Shakrah beat the Uzbek fighter, Ologbek, 4-0, to secure bronze in the -60kg weight.
Earlier he secured wins over Macau’s Singh, Japan’s Hiroki, Iran’s Aghdasi Khoordeh and then Malaysia’s Prem Kumar.
His run ended with a semi-final defeat to Colombia’s Juan David, dropping into the bronze medal showdown as a result.
