Abu Jame, Alimat knocked out of Para Games table tennis quarters

Osama Abu Jame and Faten Alimat are out of the singles table tennis competitions at the 4th Asian Para Games hosted by the Chinese city of Hangzhou.
Abu Jame won through his group stage with a pair of wins from three games, and then beat Uzbekistan’s Erlan Kaziyev, 3-0, in the last 16.
However, he was beaten in the quarter-final by South Korea’s Jang Yeon-Jin.
Faten Alimat also made it to the quarter-finals in her class but lost in the last eight to China’s Chi Dan.
The pair will now dust themselves down and team up to compete in the mixed doubles.
