Jordan have stormed into the semi-finals of the basketball competition at the 19th Asian Games after beating Saudi Arabia in Hangzhou, China.
The in-form side cruised through with a 76-57 victory, booking a last four spot against Chinese Taipei tomorrow.
It was Jordan’s fourth win of the tournament, following three Group C victories against Thailand, Bahrain and The Philippines.
Jordan has never won a team medal at the Asian Games, with the basketball team coming closest with two fourth-placed finishes in 1986 and 2006, without winning a medal.
