3X3 WOMEN MISS OUT ON QUARTER-FINALS

The women’s 3x3 basketball team missed out on the quarter-finals at the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou, China, on Saturday.
The team – consisting of Dikra Shihadeh, Masa Al-Noubani, Jancet Yaltchin, and Maria Wahab - lost to Kazakhstan, 13-9.
They had secured a passage to the knock-out phase by finishing second in Group Three after victories over The Philippines and Hong Kong, but defeat to Mongolia.
