HRH PRINCESS SARA LEADS JORDAN DELEGATION TO ASIAN GAMES

Her Royal Highness Princess Sara bint Feisal is leading Jordan’s delegation to the 19th Asian Games, hosted by the Chinese city of Hangzhou from September 23-October 8.
HRH Princess Sara expressed her warm wishes to the 78-strong athlete delegation, hoping they can achieve positive results that reflect the current high status and excellent reputation of Jordanian sports at the continental level.
National teams continue to arrive in Hangzhou, with the gymnastics, fencing, shooting, and eSports delegations joining the boxing and taekwondo teams, who arrived in China first.
The championship will officially open on Saturday, and Jordan's participation in the games will begin the following day when boxing, eSports, and fencing start their campaigns.
This is Jordan’s ninth appearance in the Asian Games since the Seoul edition in 1986, with 45 medals won including five gold, 16 silver, and 24 bronze.
