MEDALS FOR SWIMMERS IN DUBAI

The national swimming team has picked up a big haul of medals in their age groups at the Dubai International Aquatics Championships
There were 100m breaststroke golds for Omar Al Oor, aged 15, and Saif Al Hatabeh, aged 13, in their respective age groups while Mohammed Al Bdur, 16, won gold in the 50m backstroke and bronze in the 50m freestyle.
There was also a Jordan gold for Dara Al Bakri, 16, in the 50m backstroke, while Hamzeh Al Basha, aged 13, won bronze in the 200m freestyle and silver in the 50m backstroke.
Lara Aklouk won silver in the 200m butterfly while Talita Baqleh took bronze in the women’s 50m backstroke. Khaled Awad won bronze in the 200m butterfly for his category.
Darin Al Bakri won a bronze medal in the 50m freestyle.
