MORE JORDAN MEDALS AT ASIAN FENCING CHAMPIONSHIP

The national fencing team added four new medals, including one silver and three bronze, to their tally at the end of the Asian Youth Fencing Championships which began yesterday morning at the Princess Sumaya Hall in Al Hussein Youth City.
Celine Al-Nawaiseh won silver in the epee, while the three bronze medals were won by Mohammed Bseisa (foil), Tania Awad (epee), and Zein Hatamleh (epee).
The national team started their participation with silver for Aziz Al-Otoum in the epee and two bronze medals through Abdulrahman Al-Mughayreh (epee) and Leamar Al-Zumur (foil). Tomorrow, the West Asian Championship for U20 and U23 will kick off at the Princess Sumaya Hall in Al Hussein Youth City. The championship is dedicated to the three fencing disciplines of epee, foil, and sabre and includes the participation of Bahrain, Kuwait, Palestine, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, in addition to Jordan.
