ZAIN CONTINUES JOC PARTNERSHIP

The Jordan Olympic Committee has renewed its sponsorship agreement with Zain Jordan for an eight year, maintaining the communications company as golden sponsors.
The agreement will ensure the company continues its outstanding support for Jordanian athletes, with the agreement signed at Zain's headquarters, by Rana Nazmi Al-Sa’eed, JOC Secretary General, and Zain Jordan’s CEO, Fahad Al-Jassem.
Under its terms, Zain will provide financial support to the JOC, and also provide 15 scholarships to athletes on the committee’s various programmes as well as the Olympic preparation programme.
The partnership also includes a collaboration in empowering youth and women and working towards greater inclusivity in programmes and initiatives that target various groups, including women, people with disabilities, and other segments of society.
Zain said it is committed to renewing this annual agreement with the JOC to reflect its significant interest in the Kingdom’s sports and youth sector.
The company is providing a vital contribution to the advancement of young Jordanian talents in various sports by providing them with the necessary support to develop and enhance their skills, which is elevating the level of Jordanian performances in international sports arenas.
Ms Al-Sa'eed also emphasized the importance of the partnership in supporting Jordanian athletes and achieving excellence, highlighting that the eight-year partnership reflects Zain's commitment to supporting Jordanian athletes and the sector as a whole.
