FENCERS FINISH WITH A FLOURISH

Jordan finished their Fencing participation at the 15th Arab Games in Algeria with three further medals, taking the total haul from the event to 10.
The men’s team consisting of Iyad Odeh, Ayas Alzamer, and Qusay Haboub won silver in the Epee competition, losing the final to Kuwait 34-45.
The Sabre team consisting of Abdullah Atahleh, Ahmed Al-Amaawi and Osama Al-Masri fought their way to bronze after losing narrowly to Tunisia in the semi-final.
The women's team signed off with bronze Foil competition, losing in the semi-finals to Algeria, 39-45.
Jordan’s 10 Fencing medals included two gold, three silver, and five bronzes.
