TRIO INTO ARAB GAMES BOXING FINALS

Hanan Nsair, Mohammed Abu Jaja, and Odai Al-Hindawi are into the finals of the Boxing events at the 15th Arab Games taking place in Algeria.
Nsair secured her spot in the -52kg weight, beating Algeria’s Saha Meloudi.
Mohammed Abu Jaja reached the gold medal match in the -60kg weight after defeating Moroccan boxer, Mohammed Hamout.
And Al-Hindawi made it a hat-trick on the day by beating Algeria’s boxer Azouz Boudaia in the -86kg.
There are more boxers in with a chance too with Huthaifa Ishaish into the last four of the -51kg after overcoming Mohammed Meziani, of Algeria.
But Mohammed Al-Muhairat lost to Syrian boxer, Ahmed Ghusn, in the semi-finals of the -75kg weight to settle for bronze. Similarly, Mohammed Ghanem lost to Algerian boxer Mourad Koudai in the 92-kg semi-final to also claim a bronze.
