VOLLEYBALLERS LOSE ARAB GAMES OPENER

Jordan’s women have lost their opening match in the Volleyball tournament at the 15th Arab Games taking place in Algeria.
The ladies lost a hard-fought match against Tunisia in three straight sets which finished 11-25, 10-25 and 14-25, at Harsha Hassaneh Hall in Algiers.
They will have the chance to bounce back on Saturday though when they face the host nation at 3pm Jordan time.
Jordan will also play the UAE and Qatar in the five-team group, with the top four facing off in the semi-finals.
