FIRST GOLD FOR JORDAN AT ARAB GAMES

Ahmad Al-Hindi has won Jordan’s first gold medal at the 15th Arab Games in Algeria.
The Para-Athlete shot putter threw 11.92m, taking a clear gold from Morocco’s Azeddine Nouri, who threw 10.77m. Third went to Qatar’s Abdulrahman Abdulrahim with a distance of 10.29m.
Al-Hindi is considered one of the world’s best, having won gold at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics with a throw there of 12.25m.
