JORDAN CELEBRATES OLYMPIC DAY

In the presence of Her Royal Highness Princess Alia bint Hussein, Board Member at the Jordan Olympic Committee (JOC) and President of the Royal Jordanian Equestrian Federation, the JOC celebrated the World Olympic Day under the slogan ‘Let's Move’ at Al Hussein Youth City.
The day is celebrated across the world and Jordan’s was supported by a number of national sports federations, as well as Jordanian Olympians alongside other prominent athletes and officials.
National teams showcased their sports with the aim of sharing Olympic Values with the audience, who enthusiastically interacted with the athletes.
Rana Nazmi Al-Saeed, Secretary General of the Olympic Committee, said the day provided the opportunity to promote sport and healthy living to become a part of the everyday lives of all Jordanians. The JOC celebrates Olympic Day every year.
