GOLDEN DOUBLE FOR KARATE TEAM

Jordan have won two gold medals at the WKF Karate1-Premier League hosted in Rabat, Morocco.
Olympic medallist Abdulrahman Al-Masatfa and Mohamed Al-Jaafari showed tremendous form in blitzing their opponents all the way to gold.
Al-Masatfa succeeded in winning the -67kg title by beating Italy’s Gianluca De Vivo in the final, while Al-Jaafari clinched his gold in the -84kg competition by beating another Italian, Matteo Fiore.
Their teammate, Abdullah Hammad, just missed out on bronze, losing to the host nation’s AbdelAli Jina, in the -60kg competition.
