ANOTHER JORDNAIAN WINS WORLD BOXING OPENER

Hudayfa Ishaish has won his first match at the IBF World Boxing Championships in Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Featuring 538 players from 107 countries, the tournament has welcomed the best boxers from across the world, and Ishaish defeated Sri Lankan fighter, Godakandala, in the -51kg’s round of 64.
He will next face reigning European champion and two-time world bronze medallist Bilal Bennama from France.
Meanwhile, his teammate Obadah Al Kesbah lost his second round match in -63.5kg weight to Tajikistan’s Usmonov Bakhtovur.
