CYCLING HOLD OPEN NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP

The Jordan Cycling Federation, in cooperation with Ghor Al-Safi Club, have held the the Open National Championship this weekend.
The road race, in which club riders from various governorates participated, as well as novice riders, started from the Mujib Bridge and ran to the museum gate at the lowest point at the Dead Sea, and included four categories: the adult and amateur category for a distance of 60km; the youth category and under 23 years over 60km; the female category for 30km and the junior and promising category also over 30km.
The President of the Jordanian Cycling Federation, Dr. Khalaf Al-Ashush, stated that this race comes within the framework of the Federation's plan to promote cycling in the Kingdom, as the races were held throughout this year in different governorates.
The results were as follows:
Adults and amateurs category (60km)
1- Bilal Al-Kanakriya 2- Muhammad Al-Sawy 3- Muhammad Al-Zaher
Youth and U23 (60km) 1- Elias Nawara 2- Khaled Al-Badri 3- Muhammad Mayas
Female category for a distance of 30 km 1-
Saneen Al-Sharabati 2- Nujoom Krishan 3- Hanouf Karaki
Junior and promising category (30km) 1- Abd Al-Ragman Al-Sourani 2- Youssef Mahmoud 3- Moataz Al-Yabroudi
