Jordan have painstakingly lost their semi-final match to Lebanon at the FIBA Asian Cup by just one point.
The team has been in stunning form on their way to reaching the last four in Jakarta, Indonesia, but they missed out on a place in the final by just one point, going down 86-85 in a tense encounter.
The top scorer for Lebanon was captain Wael Arakji with 25 points, and they will now face Australia in Sunday’s final, after they beat New Zealand who Jordan will meet in the third place play-off.
But Jordan will hold their heads up high after giving a fantastic account of themselves at the tournament, providing some of the most stunning moments.
