OCA CONFIRMS 19TH ASIAN GAMES DATES FOR HANGZHOU

The Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) has announced that the 19th Asian Games will be hosted in Hangzhou, China, from September 23- October 8, 2023.
The Games were originally planned to be held in Hangzhou from September 10-25 this year, but due to the Covid-19 pandemic, they were postponed with a new date now released by the OCA Executive Board.
The Asian Games were first held in 1951 in New Delhi, India, while Jordan’s first participation came in 1986 in Seoul, Korea.
Jordan have collected 45 medals including five gold, 16 silver and 24 bronze medals.
