SWIMMERS HEAD TO ARAB CHAMPIONSHIPS

Jordan are sending a strong delegation to compete at the 5th Arab Swimming Championships in Oran, Algeria from July 20-24.
The delegation includes coach, Rahaf Baqleh, and therapist, Samah Abu Rumman, along with the swimmers Talita Baqlah, Nadine Fanous, Maryam Mithqal, Karen Belbeisi, Amr Al Wir, Muhammad Al Badour, Ziad Al Salous and Adnan Al Abdallat.
The team will have to be in form to beat its last performance at the Championships in 2018, when Jordan won 14 medals in Tunisia, including three gold, five silver, and six bronze.
