ZAQZOOQ WINS OPENER AT WORLD GAMES

Seif Eldin Zaqzouq has launched his Muay Thai -57kg World Games campaign with a brilliant win over the USA’s Austin Amell to book a spot in the semi-final.
Zagzooq cruised through to the last four with a technical knockout at the event being held in Birmingham, Alabama, USA, and will now meet Kazakhstan’s Sarsembekov on Saturday, at 10pm, Jordan time, for a place in the final.
Ranked as one of Asia’s top fighters in the sport, Zagzooq has proved himself more than capable on the world stage before, recently winning bronze at the World Championships, hosted by the UAE capital Abu Dhabi last month.
