GOLD MEDALS FOR PARALYMPIANS

Jordan’s leading Paralympians have been successful at the Grand Prix of Athletics hosted by Tunisia.
The Kingdom returned home with five medals, including two gold and 3 bronze, with Tokyo 2020 gold medallist, Ahmed Hindi, winning the Shot Put with a throw of 12.17m.
Abi Asaad added a second gold in the same event but for a different category of competitor, after throwing 9.13m.
The three bronze medals were won by Husam Al-Khatib (discus), Nabil Al-Muqalah (1500m) and Muhammad Jalham (1500m).
