100,000 THANK-YOU’S!

The Jordan Olympic Committee (JOC) is celebrating reaching a big social media milestone by saying a big thank-you to all of its followers.
Last night, the leading sports organisation in Jordan reached 100,000 followers on Facebook, a tremendous achievement that has seen an incredible 70,000 new followers over the past 12 months.
Those followers receive the latest sports news direct to their feeds thanks to the JOC News Service which was created last year to promote and generate awareness about Jordan’s sports achievements and talent.
“On behalf of all of us at the Jordan Olympic Committee I would like to say a big thank-you to all of our followers,” said JOC Secretary General, Lana Jaghbeer.
“We recognize the importance of social media for communicating directly with the wider Jordanian public so I am delighted to see such a fast growing number of people following us to stay connected to everything going on in local sport.”
