JU-JITSU HEAD TO ASIAN CHAMPIONSHIP

The national Ju-Jitsu team have headed to Manama, Bahrain, to participate in the 6th Asian Championships, which will be held from March 28 to 31.
The delegation is headed by Mr. Zaid Jarndouqa, supported by Hamza Al-Rasheed, men's coach, and Lama Al-Qubaj, women's coach, in addition to the sport therapist, Lana Al-Khader.
Jordan is represented in the Asian Championships by 16 players including Anas Shammout, Basil Fanous, Abdullah Gawish, Badr Al-Khuzai, Alaa Al-Khuzaie, Muhammad Tajka, Mahmoud Jabr, Abdul Rahman Abu Rumaila, Nabil Abdel Hamid, Zaid Al-Qawsmi, Ali Abu Al-Haj, Yara Qaqish, Rania Muqbel, Yasmine Al-Khatib, Yasmine Al-Alami and Qamar Teff.
Jordan is has proven to be one of the best teams in the Asian continent and has previously won 23 medals at the Championships including eight gold, six silver and nine bronze medals.
