KUFERSOUM CLINCH HANDBALL TITLE

Kufersoum’s youngsters have clinched the Girls Handball League title following their 10-9 win over Amman Club in the final match that brought the two teams together in Princess Sumayah Hall in Al Hussein Sports City.
It was a cracking match, which could have gone either way, but Kufersoum scored the winning goal right at the death to clinch the title.
Kufersoum qualified for the final after beating Wadi Al-Seer in the semi-finals, 21-13, and had earlier topped Group B ahead of Hartha, Al Arabi and Al Raya.
Amman reached the final after defeating Hartha, 13-12, in the semi-finals. They had earlier finished unbeaten in Group A with wins over Wadi Al-Seer, Al-Fajr and Petra teams.
