MORE TAEKWONDO GOLD IN IRAN

Jordan’s Taekwondo Olympic silver medallist Saleh Al Sharabati showed that he has continued his incredible form by winning a gold medal at the President’s Cup taking place in Tehran, Iran.
Al Sharabati won the -80kg competition with four superb wins, but it wasn’t Jordan’s only piece of gold, with teammate, Zaid Al Halawani, adding gold in the -63kg weight after also winning four matches.
Their success follows the tremendous efforts of the Kingdom’s women who earlier in the tournament won a gold medal through Juliana Al Sadeq, and a silver and bronze medal through Rama Abu Al Rub and Yara Yasin respectively.
