THREE TAEKWONDO MEDALS IN IRAN

Jordan have won three medals, including a gold, at the President Cup being held in Iran.
Juliana Al-Sadiq won the Kingdom’s gold in the women’s - 67 kg competition, after winning her three fights.
Rama Abu Al-Rub won silver after losing in the final of the -73kg weight, and Yara Yassin won bronze after her winning run ended in the semi-finals of -57kg.
The women's national team ranked second overall on the medals table behind the host nation, with the competition attracting 122 fighters from 10 countries.
The men start their competition on Saturday when Zaid Al-Halawani, Laith Al-Rawashdeh, and Fahd Ammar are all in action before Olympic silver medallist Saleh Al-Sharbati and Zaid Mustafa fight on Sunday.
