JU-JITSU NATIONALS ATTRACT FRESH TALENT
Feb 18, 2022
The Jordan Ju-jitsu Federation has launched a campaign to target fresh talent for its national team by holding its first Jordan Championship since the pandemic struck two years ago.
The event welcomed over 60 athletes from clubs across Jordan and included three categories for juniors, youth, and seniors with the winners automatically joining the national team training programme.
Zaid Jarndouqa, Jordan Head Coach, was pleased with the talent on show and said: “It was a welcome return for the tournament after a long break from competitions for most of the athletes, and it was pleasing to see the level of talent that was on show. The winners will now move into the national teams for various upcoming competitions."
