KARATE TEAM HEADS TO ASIAN CHAMPIONSHIPS

Jordan will be hoping for medals after sending a strong team to the Asian Senior & Cadet, Junior and U21 Karate Championships in Almaty, Kazakhstan, which runs from December 18-22.
The delegation is headed by Mr. Hisham Gabr who will be supported by the Technical Director, Mohamed Ibrahim; Coach, Mohamed Fitya; and Physiotherapist, Moaz Al-Madani.
The junior team includes Sirin Al-Najjar, Waseem Salama and Karim Abu Al-Haija, while the Youth squad includes Ahmed Abu Hazeem, Bishr Al-Faouri, Muhammad Al-Jaafari, Youssef Nofal, Yara Bashar, Lynn Mansour, Nour Allah Bashar and Lynn Hagros.
The U21 team includes Omar Shaqra, Abdullah Hammad, Judd Al-Darros and Zaki Abu Qaoud, while the senior will be represented by Olympic bronze medallist Abdul Rahman Al Musatfa, Mahmoud Sajan and Hoda Jabr.
The delegation also includes referee, Hanadi Al Banna.
