SEVEN MEDALS ON OPENING DAY OF ARAB SWIMMING

Jordan have picked up an impressive seven medals on the first day of the Arab Short Course Championships being held in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Jordan won three silver medals through Muhammad Al-Bdour (50m backstroke), Farah Al Rawashdeh (50m backstroke) and Ziad Salous (100m butterfly), while four bronze medals were won by Lydia Al-Safadi in the 1500m freestyle and 200m medley, Nadine Fanous in the 100m butterfly, and the U15 4x50m relay team.
