JORDAN BEAT EGYPT IN BIG FRIENDLY

 Jordan’s senior football team showed that they intend to continue their fantastic form of the past 12 months into 2016 with a victory over Egypt tonight (Wednesday). The friendly was an opportunity for both sides to gain some well needed game time ahead of big World Cup qualifiers approaching in March when Jordan meet Bangladesh at home and Australia away. So the 1-0 victory in the Egyptian city of Aswan will be well received. The only goal came in the 18th minute through Al Jazeera midfielder Ahmad Samir.
