JAZEERA TAKE SECOND IN PRO LEAGUE

With Wehdat crowned Jordan Pro League champions for the 17th time last week, the battle for second has been settled with Al Jazeera clinching the runners-up spot.
They picked up a 1-0 win over Rumtha in Irbid’s Al Hassan stadium thanks to Hamzeh Al Saifi’s goal.
The win left them 12 points adrift of champions Wehdat who beat Sareeh 3-0 with only one match remaining.
Elsewhere, Faisali beat Ma’an 3-2 while Shabab Aqaba beat Hussein Irbid, 3-2.
