2020 Japan Exchange and Teaching Programme (JET)
Call for coordinators for International Relations from Jordan
The Japan Exchange and Teaching program seeks to enhance internationalization in Japan by promoting mutual understanding between the people of Japan and of other nations.
- The aim of the program:
- To enhance foreign language education
- Promote international exchange through ties between Japanese youth and foreign youth
- Jordanian Participant will be working in Noshiro- City (North of Japan)
- Participants have the opportunity to serve in local authorities and public and private schools and will be working as an international relation coordinator and will be assisting the Jordan Delegation taking part in Tokyo Olympic Games
- Period of the program: 1 year and might extend to 3 years (and to 5 years in certain circumstances)
- Eligibility:
- To be interested in Japan and be willing to deepen their knowledge and appreciation of Japan after their arrival
- To be able and willing to live and work in Japan and be determined to responsibly complete their period of participation
- Bachelor degree or higher or equivalent
- Be a national of the country
- Not have lived in Japan for the last 6 years or more
- Have a functional command in English (and preferably Japanese) Languages

- To be part of the sporting movement
- Costs covered by the program will be airlines ticket, transportation to the post arrival venues and will be given an amount of money for renting a house and food, all other expenses will be covered by the participant.
