GRAND PRIX GOLD FOR SIMREEN

World youth bronze medallist Bader Simreen has shown he is set to make a big impact on the senior scene by winning gold at the Grand Prix being hosted in Zagreb, Croatia.

Simreen beat Yans Corelenko, from Ukraine, in the -63kg final to complete an impressive week for the youngster.

Meanwhile, there were silver medals for Ahmad Matbuli, Hisham Simreen and Sami Nour while Hussein Ishiash and Udai Hindawi took bronze medals to show Jordan’s fighters are hitting top form.
