ABU GHAUSH TO FIGHT FIRST FOR JORDAN AT GRAND PRIX

Olympic champion Ahmad Abu Ghaush will launch Jordan’s campaign at the second round of the G4 World Taekwondo Grand-Prix in Chiba, Japan on Friday.
The Rio champion will be joined by Juliana Al-Sadiq (-67kg), Saleh Al-Sharabati (-80kg) and Anas Al-Sadiq (-80kg) with the world’s 32 best ranked players included in each weight.
Abu Ghaush, the -68kg world No 4, will meet Frenchman Dylan Chelamoto in his opening fight looking to secure his third Grand Prix medal after two previous medals.
Juliana Al-Sadiq will start her participation in the tournament on Saturday in the -67kg competition, and the team will conclude its participation on Sunday through Saleh Al-Sharabati and Anas Al-Sadiq in the -80kg.
This year's Grand Prix consists of four rounds in the cities of Rome (Italy), Chiba, Sofia (Bulgaria), and Moscow (Russia).
The Grand Prix series was first launched in 2013, and Jordan have won four medals through Abu Ghaush (gold and bronze), Al-Sharabati (silver) and Al-Sadiq (bronze).
