Jordan’s campaign at the World Boxing Championships got off to the perfect start with Mohammed Al-Wadi beating Croatia’s Fratti Ramon in Yekaterinburg, Russia.
The superb win takes him into the last 32 of the -57kg weight where he will next fight Moldova’s Boca Doreen on Sunday.
On Thursday, Mohammed Al-Garaghir will meet Serbian Janjic Dusan in the -52kg competition.
