JORDAN GOLD RUSH FOR SWIMMERS

Jordan’s young swimmers have won six gold medals at the 14th Arab Age Group Championships in Morocco.
Amr Hussein (50m breaststroke, 12-13 years), Maryam Methqal (50m breaststroke, 12-13 years), Ziad Salous (50m breaststroke, 14-15 years), Amr Alor (50m freestyle, 16-18 years), Mary Lath (100m freestyle, 12-13 years) and Lara Akluk (200m butterfly).
The 4x100m mixed relay team consisting of Naya Hanayneh, Mariam Methqal, Adnan Al Abdallat and Mohammed Hatamleh won bronze in the 12-13 age group) was able to win the bronze medal.
