MORE ASIAN POOMSAE MEDALS

Jordan have added to their opening pair of Poomsae medals with two more bronze medals at the WTA Cadet & Junior Asian Championships hosted in Prince Hamzah Hall in Al Hussein Youth City over the past two days.
On Saturday, the U12 mixed doubles team consisting of Abdullah Abu Ras and Salma Abu Dahab won the bronze medal in the free performance.
That was followed by Salma Abu Dahab, Lian Al-Rawahna and Ghina Al-Musli in the free-form.
The previous day saw Jordan win their first ever Asian medal in the Taekwondo category through Hamad Al Jeraisy in the Free Poomsae Junior (Singles) followed by the Junior Poomsae team.
The 10th edition of the Asian Junior Taekwondo Championships will start tomorrow at 9am with the opening ceremony at 6pm.
The national junior team will be represented by Mahmoud Al-Tarayra (-45kg), Ahmad Al-Tamimi (-51kg), Loay Nazzal (-59kg), Mohammed Al Shaalan (-68kg), Fahd Ammar(-87KG) Raseel Shuqairat (-42kg) Joud Ajrami (-46kg), Hala Malkwai(-52kg), Raya Ismail (-59kg) and Sara Abu Al Haj (-68kg).
