JORDAN TO HOST WEST ASIAN JUDO CHAMPIONSHIPS

Under the patronage of HRH Prince Al Hassan Bin Talal, the Jordan Judo Federation, in cooperation with the West Asian Judo Federation, will host the Junior and Youth Championships from July 20-22.

The tournament will be held at the Princess Sumaya Hall in Al Hussein Youth City with the participation of teams from Iraq, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Yemen, Palestine, Lebanon, Syria and Jordan.

The tournament provides an important opportunity for our national teams and clubs to prepare for upcoming continental championships.

The West Asian Judo Federation has given its championship to Jordan because of its solid reputation in organising various sporting events, as well as recognising the development of Judo in Jordan over the past few years
