KARATE FIGHTERS SET FOR CANADIAN TEST

Jordan’s Karate team has landed in Montreal, Canada, where they will compete in the third round of the A Series from June 21-23.
The team consists of coach, Mohammed Ibrahim, and players Abdulrahman Al-Masatfeh (-67kg), Bashar Al-Najjar (-75kg), Ahmed Shadeed (-75kg), Mahmoud Al-Sajjan (-84kg) and Mazej Jaaede (+84).
The A Series provides vital points towards Tokyo 2020 qualification, where Karate makes its Olympic debut. It will also be an important preparatory event for the Asian Championships which will be held in the Uzbekistan capital of Tashkent from July 19-21.
