JORDAN’S PREMIER LEAGUE CAMPAIGN TO KICK OFF

Jordan’s leading fighters have arrived in Shanghai, China, to compete in the WKF Karate 1-Premier League which will feature 600 fighters from 76 countries.
Mohammed Fahad Ahmed will launch Jordan’s campaign on Friday against Montenegro’s Dulovik Nenad in the -60kg division.
Abdullah Kraik, also in the -60kg, will face Kazakhstan’s Caesar Psebair.
In the -67kg category, Abdul Rahman will meet Macedonia’s Kilbeek Nenad, while Bashar Al Najjar is scheduled to fight in the -75kg weight.
Mahmoud Sajjan will bid for glory on Saturday when he meets Belgian fighter Anouar Bougrin in the -84 kg.
Qualifying points will be up for grabs this weekend for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games, where Karate is making its long-awaited debut.
