DRAKERS TAKE LATEST RAMADAN 3X3

The Drakers have clinched the latest 3x3 Basketball Ramadan tournament held over the past three days at the Orthodox Club.

A total of 12 teams took part, but it was The Drakers who came out on top by beating Ramadan Kareem in the final.

The tournament was the latest organised by the Jordan 3x3 Basketball Committee which aims to spread the sport across the Kingdom in a bid to attract more players and improve local and international standards.

The national U18 team, meanwhile, is continuing to prepare for the World Cup, hosted in the Mongolian capital of Ulaanbaatar, from June 3-6. The team includes Mohammed Qaramsha, Mahmoud Hazaima, Fahed Tarjali and Zaid Khoury.
